What sizes can I order?
Our main custom mugs are the 11oz (325 ml, 3.8″ tall) and 15oz (444 ml, 4.7″ tall) white glossy ceramic mugs. We also offer a non-breakable 12oz (355 ml) enamel mug, which is shorter and wider (3.1″ × 3.25″).
How much does shipping cost?
US: US$6.99 first item + US$3.49 each extra, free over US$50. Canada: CA$12.56 first item + CA$6.97 each extra, free over CA$90.84 (US$65).
Do Canadians pay in Canadian dollars?
Yes. Choose Canada in the cart and you'll be charged in CAD at checkout.
Will I pay customs or duty in Canada?
Items marked 'Usually ships from Canada' are normally printed in Canada, so there's usually no customs duty. If stock runs short, an order can ship from the US.
Is there a multi-mug discount?
Yes — buy 2 or more mugs and save 10% on every mug in your cart.
Are the mugs dishwasher and microwave safe?
The ceramic mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe. The enamel mug is hand-wash only and not microwave safe.
What if my mug arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll send a free replacement.
How is payment handled?
Checkout is processed securely by Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We never see your card number.
